Remember to complete any new listing application within 14 days to avoid your profile from being deleted and having to re-register.

If you own multiple establishments, you are able to create multiple listings directly from this one profile. Each listing type will be billed accordingly.


STEP 1 – Make sure you have updated your login details to something you will remember in future. (Never give these details out to any 3rd party – Keep them safe).

STEP 2 – Create your listing – In the drop box on the left select “Create new Establishment”. The page will populate the relevant data fields automatically for you.

STEP 3 – It is imperative that you select the listing type (Sleep Eat or Play) as these will populate relevant data fields associated with the respective section.
 
STEP 4 – Continue through all the tabs located on the left. Refer to the right hand column for Listing Tips which will help you and guide.
 
STEP 5 – Once you have completed entering all your data. Submit your listing using the “Submit Listing Request” located as the final tab in the left hand menu. This will notify the Sleep Eat Play Team that your listing is ready for review.
 

NOTE: Please allow up to 72 business hours to assess and verify all listing submission requests. We do however; strive to ensure these are completed within 8-24 hours. You will be notified by email/ SMS of the outcome.

We have made a commitment to the visitors of our website that the information contained therein has been checked and verified ensuring they have peace of mind that they are dealing with reputable establishments. Establishments found breaching our terms and conditions will be removed / deleted at our discretion and will not be entitled to a refund.
